This project was a two story, split level unit with modern design elements. Boasting a spectacular kitchen and impressive staircase. The construction period was 12 months and finished on time and budget.

Tanglewood Renovations and Additions
J.A.G. added a showcase kitchen and living area with custom, remote operated skylights. A new outdoor patio and one bedroom apartment were added and the existing house and the entire interior refitted with new bathrooms, laundry and wood flooring. The exterior was filled to create a level yard and eve line molding installed on the new and the existing roof sections.

Spice Road Additions
J.A.G. expanded on to all sides of this former one bedroom cottage, converting it to a three bedroom with a lower apartment. We constructed a new water tank, new kitchen and exterior patios. Under the parking area a games room was added. It was encased with Bermuda slate and tool jointed with J.A.G's unique finish.

Harrington Hundreds House
J.A.G. converted a small one-bedroom cottage into a four-bedroom house with outdoor living space and a new pool.

Five Star Island New Residence
J.A.G. constructed this new build situated between the main road and the water near Five Star Island in 2011. Highlights include a round master bedroom with a round roof and a spectacular eye-shaped staircase. The logistics of this project was particularly challenging as it involved traffic control and intelligent building planning.

Jeffrey & Sons Ltd. Designer Showroom
We converted the empty warehouse space into a modern showroom for Jeffrey & Sons Ltd. Behind the scenes we planned and built the workspace and storage for the companies locally made products.

Treadway Lane Cottage
J.A.G. renovated and updated the interior and exterior of this two-bedroom cottage, adding complimentary accents such as random stone dry stack walls as well as hard and soft landscaping. J.A.G. mapped the house for a blueprint draft as there was no original drawing for the cottage built around 1950.
